LEADERSHIP PROFILES CATHERINE LYNCH

Catherine Lynch is Chief Financial Officer and Director of Inland Real Estate Investment Corporation (IREIC) and Inland Securities Corporation (ISC), as well as a Director of The Inland Group, LLC. She began her career at Inland in 1989 as a Public Fund Partnership Accountant, becoming Treasurer of IREIC and ISC in 1995. She became a Director of ISC in 2000 and a Director of IREIC in 2011, and was appointed as a Director of The Inland Group, LLC in June 2012. Prior to joining Inland, she worked in public accounting for KPMG LLP from 1980 to 1989. She received her bachelor’s degree in accounting from Illinois State University. She is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants and the Illinois CPA Society. She is also registered with FINRA as a Financial Operations Principal.

As a strong believer in the benefits of mentoring, she was a founding member of the Women’s Initiative Network at Inland, a structured program that offers educational opportunities and career advice for employees, and is an active mentor for several women in the Inland organization.
